GOAL SETTING. Every client is different. Every client's body has a different history. Most women come to me because they have focused on other family members and/or their careers for YEARS, and they recognize their health has derailed. Maybe they eat out - a lot. Maybe they stopped exercising. Maybe they forgot how to have fun! Maybe they have been diagnosed with an Autoimmune disorder or pre-Diabetes/Diabetes. My clients are ready to turn their health around, lower elevated numbers, ease their aches and pains, figure out what foods fuel their body and digestion the best- increasing energy and regaining their confidence.
